Chuck Husby - VP Client Operations
In this position, Chuck is directly responsible for all TLC transportation operations. Chuck has been involved with logistics and transportation management for the past 3 decades. He has been with Total Logistic Control since 1993 and has held leadership positions in client relationship and operations management.
Chuck is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Matt Czarnecki - Director of Client Operations
In this role, Matt is responsible for all operational activity in Carrier Management, TMONE and Distribution Services. He has been with TLC since 1994 and previous positions include Transportation Broker, Logistic Technician, and Operations Manager. He has prior experience with Supply Chain Consulting and Project management
Matt Holds a Bachelors Degree from Aquinas College.
Chuck Willis - TMONE Operations Manager
Chuck is responsible for the direct supervision of all TMONE Client Account Representatives. Chuck is also responsible for P&L performance as well as Client and TMONE cost and service measurements. He has been with Total Logistic Control since 2001 and has also held positions as a Logistic Technician, Sr. Logistic Technician and in Operations Management. Prior to coming to TLC, Chuck worked as a Distribution Receiving Manager in a distribution center for the world’s largest retailer, Wal-Mart.
Chuck holds a Bachelors Degree from Central Michigan University where he triple majored in Logistics, Marketing, and Production/Operations Management.
Scott Vandersteldt - Carrier Management Operations Manager
Scott is responsible for Carrier Management with regard to TMONE. He supervises the associates and P&L for carrier management including costs, services, reporting, measurement, and management. He has been with TLC since 2003 and has spent his entire carrier at TLC in Carrier Management Operations and overall operations management with such roles a Broker, Account Management, and Lead Broker.
Steve Sporte - Carrier Relations Manager
Steve handles all carrier recruiting, qualification, set-up and relationship management. As part of those responsibilities, he oversees OS&D resolution activity. He has been with Total Logistic Control since 1999 as a Logistic Technician, Carrier Relations, Business Analyst, and Systems Implementation. Those positions have provide him with vast experience in transportation management systems implementation and development, customer start-ups with configuration and support, and business process mapping and analysis.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Supply Management and a MBA , both from Western Michigan University.
