Carrier Relations

TLC's Carrier Relations Department was formed in 1999 with the objective of making TMONE a partner of choice for the carrier community. To this end, Carrier Relations has been assigned the responsibilities of carrier recruiting, carrier training, carrier qualification, and strategic relationship development. Carrier Relations is also responsible for overage, shortage, and damage triage, as well as all cargo claims administration. Carrier Relations also acts as an intermediary in carrier disputes, helping to ensure that our carrier partners receive the respect and representation that they deserve, without compromising the requirements of our customers.

By removing these functions from the normal day-to-day Operations Team, TLC’s carriers are able to work with a single point of contact with regard to any rate, relationship, or service-related matter, thereby helping both the carrier and the TMONE team to be more efficient and effective.
